سياسة الشحن والتوصيل - [سٌودَا - suda]

نحن في [سُودَا] نسحر بتقديم تجربة تسوق سريعة ومريحة لجميع عملاءنا في مختلف المحافظات المصرية. إليك تفاصيل سياسة الشحن الخاصة بنا:

  1. مدة التوصيل:

    • القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.

    • باقي المحافظات: يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل. (قد تختلف المدة قليلاً خلال العطلات الرسمية ومواسم الذروة).

  2. تكلفة الشحن:

    • تُحتسب رسوم الشحن بناءً على المحافظة وعنوان التسليم، وتظهر لك التكلفة النهائية بوضوح في صفحة "إتمام الطلب" قبل تأكيد الشراء.

    • عروض الشحن المجاني: قد نعلن أحيانًا عن عروض شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمتها حدًا معينًا.

  3. تتبع الشحنة:

    • بمجرد خروج طلبك مع شركة الشحن، سنقوم بإرسال تفاصيل التتبع (أو رقم الشحنة) عبر رسالة نصية أو البريد الإلكتروني لتتمكن من متابعة حالة طلبك.

  4. استلام الطلب:

    • يرجى التأكد من كتابة عنوان الاستلام ورقم الهاتف بشكل دقيق لتسهيل التواصل من قبل مندوب التوصيل.

    • في حال عدم تواجدك في العنوان المحدد، يرجى الرد على مكالمات مندوب الشحن أو 

    •    التنسيق معه لتحديد موعد بديل للاستلام.

  1. Delivery Time:

    • Greater Cairo and Giza: Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

    • Other Governorates: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. (Delivery times may vary slightly during official holidays and peak seasons).

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping fees are calculated based on your governorate and delivery address, and the final cost is clearly displayed on the "Checkout" page before you confirm your purchase.

    • Free Shipping Offers: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders that exceed a specific value threshold.

  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is dispatched with the shipping company, we will send you tracking details (or the tracking number) via text message or email so you can monitor the status of your order.

  4. Receiving Your Order:

    • Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are written accurately to facilitate communication with the delivery representative.

    • If you are unavailable at the specified address, please answer calls from the delivery representative or coordinate with them to schedule an alternative delivery time.
